Each week is one live 90 minute session with me. Here is how the eight weeks are shaped.
Define the Right Problem
Week 1
Clarify your goals and use Situation–Complication–Question (SCQ) to frame a real workplace challenge. Separate the context from the problem and identify the question your work needs to answer.
Structure Your Thinking
Week 2
Break complex problems into manageable parts using issue trees, hypothesis-led thinking and MECE principles. Test your assumptions, avoid gaps and overlaps, and focus your analysis on what matters most.
Focus Your Work and Message
Weeks 3 and 4
Use the Pyramid Principle to create concise executive summaries. Turn your structured thinking into a focused workplan using Diagnose–Detail–Syndicate, identifying the analysis, evidence and stakeholder input needed to support your recommendation.
Turn Insights into Clear Presentations
Weeks 5 and 6
Build a persuasive storyline using message grouping and action titles. Apply the CLEAR slide framework to sharpen your message, select meaningful charts and create slides that help decision makers understand your recommendation.
Influence with Confidence
Week 7
Use stakeholder mapping, audience-led messaging and pre-alignment to build support for your recommendations. Practise handling pushback, making clear requests and communicating confidently in important conversations.
Present, Refine and Move Forward
Week 8
Bring the tools together in a real presentation or workplace conversation. Rehearse your delivery, practise responding to questions and receive targeted feedback, then build a practical plan for continued development.
